Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your support of The UnBuy Project. Below you’ll find our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for both digital and physical purchases.


Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final. Once the ebook or audiobook file has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@unbuyproject.com and we’ll make it right.


Physical Products (Printed Book & Keychain)

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The shipping package must be unopened. (Please send a picture of the package in your email request)

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging (see above)

  • If your order included a free keychain, it must also be returned with the book to receive a full refund.

Note: We cannot accept returns if the shipping package has been opened.

To start a return, email us at support@unbuyproject.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions for sending your item back. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks) once delivered

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@unbuyproject.com, and we’ll make it right.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked.

The item must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused, with tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds for eligible EU returns will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.
